DOWN JACKET

450,00

Presenting here a unique piece of modern fashion History: an iconic down jacket from the 1991 fall\winter runway of early Tom Ford’s Gucci. After being welcomed at the house by Dawn Mellow in 1990, Ford quickly made his way up byoverseeing the women’s ready to wear collections with his frightening designs, which soon made him bloom as creative director right after Maurizio Gucci’s departure in 1994. Just as shown in the pictures, the piece is beautifully preserved, with very few and unnoticeable defects but two (easly sewable) small stresses onto the upper side of the liner’s shoulders. The fabric presents an interesting iredescense shifting between yellow and orange. Labelled as a 42, it still fearures a modern oversized fit – well beyond its years – which soften the silouhette.
